How to use this fantastic member’s benefit service?
1. Shop around for the product/service you wish to purchase and be ready to buy or simply ask for a quote.
2. Call 1300 368 117 (select option 3) with your Union membership details, product brand name, model number and description of the item, and your best price including delivery and extended warranty details.
3. Let us shop for you! Your Union Shopper price will be available in approximately 4 business hours. During your enquiry your consultant will advise a time for you to contact us, or we will call you back to advise you of the best price available at the time.
Once you place your order with Union Shopper, our preferred supplier will contact you to arrange payment and pick-up or delivery terms.
In addition to our friendly call centre staff, Union Shopper now has a 24 hour online enquiry system where members can get a quote on products/services that they wish to save money on! So that means anytime, day or night, members can access Union Shopper to their convenience.
