Endeavour Energy Call Centre Members Update

Over the past few months the USU has been approached by an increasing number of members with concerns of bullying in the workplace.

Members have expressed that they have been loathe to raise their issues as they are fearful of reprisals.

The harassment of members will not be tolerated. USU members need to be protected and all members collectively should not feel fearful and should report these issues when they happen.

The USU has taken action and has notified the organisation of a dispute where we are advised bullying and harassment is occurring in the call centre and the USU has requested an investigation.

Endeavour Energy are seeking the assistance of an external, independent company to investigate the claims.

Now is the time to stand up with your workmates.

Now is the time to stand together and stop the harassment within your workplace.

The USU encourages all employees who feel they have been bullied or harassed to come forward and ensure your voice is heard.

Members can request that the information they provide be kept anonymous.

Please contact the USU ASAP if you are prepared to participate in this process and we will assist in your effort to change your workplace.
