Newcastle Permanent Building Society: GETTING THE BEST AGREEMENT

By Paul Sansom
USU Organiser
Sep 22, 2009

The USU will shortly commence negotiations with management on behalf of you. Its members,  and we need to know what matters the most to you as a Newcastle Permanent employee.

Are you happy with your conditions of employment? Can they be improved?  What needs to change?

We ask you to complete the survey (download copy here) and return it to us either by email to psansom@usu.org.au or fax to 4962 1758 by the close of business Friday 25th September, 2009.

We will then collate your responses and present Management with a list of items you want addressed in the upcoming agreement.

Please feel free to add items we may not have noted as ALL your ideas and suggestions will be considered.

Level 4 and above members have been included in this process as well. Your input is also highly valued regardless of what industrial instrument you will be covered by.

Would you like to receive your USU information by email? If so please let us know by simply sending an email to psansom@usu.org.au asking us to do so in the  future.
