Retired members Lead the Way at May Day march

The USU was again represented at the MayDay march by USU members, Union Officials and some members of the Retired Members Club.
Members of the Retired Members Club met the Monday following the march for their regular meeting and all agreed it is vital to continue the campaign to protect the rights of Australian workers. "We are fighting for our children and grandchildren."

Those present proudly represented all Union members in celebrating the achievements of Unions and workers to improve wages, conditions and safety.
Retired member Paddy Bastic had an early birthday celebration at the recent Retired members Club meeting. Paddy turns 90 next week.
