The USU General Secretary, Ben Kruse invites you to attend FREE
seminars about the workplace relations changes and the impact they will
have on you and your industry.
The United Services Union (USU), with support from the Australian Government, is conducting FREE seminars in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and other locations from December 2009 to help workers understand how the new workplace relations laws will affect you. This training is available to members and non members.

Training sessions will include the following aspects of the new laws;
- Unfair dismissal laws
- New arrangements for enterprise bargaining
- Application of modern awards in our industries
- Understanding the new structure of Fair Work Australia and the Fair Work Ombudsman
