The United Services Union holds a Delegates Conference every 2 years in September. In alternate years the union holds our Council in Conference.
The USU is truly representational union. Conference Delegates have the ability to participate to ensure that our union emerges as a leader in the trade union movement by responding to the needs of our members.
During conference, delegates are given the opportunity to develop direction & policyfor conference endorsement.
The Conference brings together activists and delegates from across NSW and is a unique opportunity for delegates to participate in the decision making of the USU.
The need to continually develop and assess policy is vitally important to the success of the United Services Union.
It is a time of great challenge to unionists throughout Australia however the USU is in a strong position through our network of delegates to be ready to meet any challenge with confidence.
