NPBS EMPLOYEES VOTE TO ACCEPT NEW AGREEMENT Feb 22, 2010: The recently negotiated Enterprise Agreement covering level 1-3 employees was accepted by a clear majority of those employees who lodged a vote and although it is disappointing that some staff members did not cast a vote the result is a clear win for all USU members covered by the Agreement.

Local Government Award 2010: What Members Want Feb 16, 2010: The Union is preparing to file a new Local Government (State) Award in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission. In the lead up to this process the Union undertook a survey of members. The response from members was tremendous - over 400 surveys were received by late October 2009.
