Nowra call centre ripping off employees Jul 21, 2009: It's a case of not-so-well-done at the Well Done Call Centre in South Nowra after it was revealed the centre's 38 employees are being systemically underpaid, harassed and bullied by management.

Broken Hill Council's Shameless Grab for Award Conditions May 21, 2009: In his email to staff on Tuesday 19th May the General Manager advised that Council has filed the Award in the Industrial Relations Commission to resolve any final issues. What he is really saying is we didn't get what we wanted in negotiations and now we'll try in the Industrial Commission.

Midwestern Regional Council Redundancy Dispute Update 2 Apr 21, 2009: On Thursday 9th April the United Services Union appeared in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission before Commissioner Cambridge to report back on the progress of the current redundancy dispute.
