Thumbs Up For USU Information Centre

The Information centre is now in full swing and many members would have had the chance to talk to Garry Whalley or Irene Nair who answer calls and help members.
The Centre is currently averaging approximately 60 phone calls per day with the main issues of concern being Howard's IR changes, Award Inquiries and the Direct Debit Campaign.

We have had a great response from workers phoning to join the Union.

Members are also contacting us to update their home addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. The union encourages all members to update their details and provide email addresses.

Reports from members indicate they are more then satisfied with the quick response to their questions and believe it has been a step forward by the USU.
