Women represent approximately 51% of the workforce and epresent 97% of the unpaid workforce. Unions need strong women!
The USU has been increasing our female membership over the past five years.
The USU is currently involved in the Your Rights at Work campaign. We need all USU women to activate community networks.
There are a number of ways you can become involved in the campaign. You can also become a member of the USU Women's Committee (find out more) or attend the USU Womens' Conference held every two years.
