After one year of the Howard Government's workplace laws, many Australians' basic rights at work are under threat. The USU believes these changes threaten your rights, pay and entitlements.

Become active
The USU encourages you to get involved in the Your Rights at Work campaign, to protect your pay and conditions. Local YR@W committees have been established right across NSW. Just sign on below to become active. You can also help by DOWNLOADING a petition to circulate.

About the Workplace Petition
Talking to fellow USU members about the IR laws and the alternative policy is crucial. Many of our members remain undecided about how they will vote at the next election and lack awareness of the IR policies of both parties. Importantly, the petition can be utilised in workplaces in key marginal seats and can also be used within the general community.
