It pays to be united

USU members have re-launched the ‘Stop the Sell Off’ campaign following comments by former Premier and Chairman of Infrastructure NSW, Nick Greiner, who is calling on the full privatisation of the NSW electricity industry including Generation, Distribution and Transmission.
The USU has re-launched the Stop the Sell Off campaign and have already been taking action. Over the coming weeks USU members working in the Generation, Distribution and Transmission sectors will be asked to help raise awareness of the campaign within their community.

USU members should read this information, make contact with their local campaign contact and get involved with the campaign through simple local actions.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
Over the next four weeks the USU will be campaigning to Stop the Power Sell Off and we need your help…
1)     Collect 20 Signatures for the petition
2)     Write a letter to your local Newspaper and MP
3)     Organise a meeting with your local MP
4)     Letterbox material in your neighbourhood
5)     Attend the Town Hall Meeting
